Invalid License Errors

If you encounter a message that indicates that the license code is bad, try deleting the license folders and re-authorize.

Delete the following folders:
(The folders may or may not exist in every location. But delete every folder you find.) 

/Libary/Application Support/PhantomCine
/Libray/QuickTime/Licenses/PhantomCine
/Users/Shared/PhantomCine

For ARRIRAW and CineonDPX, the paths are the same, but instead of "PhantomCine", delete the relevant folder for your product.

Once these folders have been removed, you should be able to authorize the license code successfully.
