Séance - Annual Support

In order to support the small number of Phantom Users, we have decided to go with an Annual Support model, rather than "paid upgrades".

This means that as long as you have up to date Annual Support, with your Séance license, you can download all of the most recent updates.

Included with your Séance v3.x (and older v1.x/v2.x) purchase, is 12 months of support for that license. This is to ensure that you have the help you need, to get up and running.

After the 12 months, you will want to renew Annual Support for your license. This enables you to use all of upcoming updates and major releases, along with telephone and email support.

For those customers that have let their Annual Support stop, the renewal will be back dated to the time that the support was last in effect. For example, if your support expired on January 1, 2015, any version released before that will continue to work. Any version released after that, will not.
